摘要

从患腹泻的新生牛犊粪便样本中成功分离出牛轮状病毒。从细胞培养中分离出的病毒产生细胞致病作用,主要表现为细胞质肉芽变性和感染细胞脱离单层细胞培养。采用间接免疫荧光试验(IFT)和参比超免疫剂中和试验(NT)对轮状病毒进行鉴定。

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ROTAVIRUS FROM NEONATAL CALVES
