However, these households may lack awareness of their own potential for skills training and employment conversion. Additionally, satisfaction with educational poverty alleviation efforts varies among rural households with differing income sources, education levels, and types of poverty. 摘要

目的:探讨精准扶贫模式下教育扶贫政策的效果,为相对贫困治理和返贫风险防范提供决策建议。设计/方法/途径:运用调查、统计分析、制度分析等方法,对重庆市酉阳县教育扶贫效果及优化路径进行了探讨。研究发现:在减轻教育贫困方面,农村贫困户主要受益于政府的教育政策,以及对学生的补贴和津贴。然而,这些家庭可能缺乏对自身技能培训和就业转化潜力的认识。此外,不同收入来源、教育水平和贫困类型的农户对教育扶贫工作的满意度也存在差异。提高教育质量、提高教育意识、降低教育成本、推进义务教育是农村贫困户教育扶贫最迫切需要的改善。结论:本文从贫困户感知的角度,系统揭示了教育扶贫的绩效特征和需求识别,进而提出优化教育扶贫绩效的政策建议。研究局限/启示:由于时间和资金的限制,本文的研究样本数量需要增加,以提高研究结论的普遍性。实践意义:研究成果可为探索教育阻断贫困代际传递、科学设计教育扶贫政策提供理论和实践参考。文献贡献:丰富和拓展了教育扶贫政策效果的评价视角、指标体系和优化路径。
