Objectives: To determined isometric exercise and yoga breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertension. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-postest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 25 people. Results: The paired t-test statistical test results were a decrease in blood pressure after being given the intervention of isometric exercise and yoga breathing exercises with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). 摘要

一种可以降低血压的非药物治疗方法是增加患者的身体活动,如等长运动和瑜伽呼吸练习。目的:探讨等长运动和瑜伽呼吸对高血压患者血压的降低作用。方法:本研究采用一组前测后测设计的实验前设计。抽样方法为有目的抽样。这项研究的样本数量是25人。结果:配对t检验统计检验结果为等长运动和瑜伽呼吸运动干预后血压下降,p值为0.000 (p<0.05)。结论:等长运动和瑜伽呼吸练习可作为高血压患者的一种非药物降压方法。关键词:静力运动,瑜伽呼吸运动,高血压
