摘要

囊性包虫病是一种由细粒棘球蚴幼虫产生的人畜共患病感染，能够从其在人体肠道中的位置侵入各种器官。在与人类免疫缺陷病毒（艾滋病毒）合并感染的情况下，有多种由免疫抑制疾病引起的并发症，预后不佳。本报告的目的是描述一例腹膜多囊性包虫病病例，该病例发生在一名接受抗病毒治疗近10年的艾滋病毒患者身上，她接受了阿苯达唑联合手术，进展顺利。这份报告将是秘鲁第一份因艾滋病毒和囊性包虫病而免疫抑制的人的报告。
