摘要

由于猪肉供应链是通过三个层次的链来感知的：农业部门、加工和分销部门，本文的主要目标是估计2008-2015年期间塞尔维亚共和国猪肉供应链中的垂直价格传导。价格传导的分析与不对称性的存在有关，并用AECM模型进行了估计。研究结果表明，价格传导中存在负不对称，造成不对称的主要原因之一是加工行业，即屠宰行业滥用市场力量。
