The bioactive compounds (phenolic compounds and flavonoids) and the antioxidant activity were also analyzed, and the mean values ​​of 16.34±7.41mg.GAE 100 g-1 were observed for Total Phenols, 21.35±9.63mg.QE 100 g-1 for flavonoids and 0.09±0.03µmol.TE g-1 for antioxidant activity (DPPH).
