摘要

乳酸菌在生物饲料的发酵中起着重要作用。本实验以植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌为材料,采用单菌和混合菌发酵玉米秸秆。用荧光定量PCR方法分析了乳酸杆菌发酵过程中菌群的变化。结果表明,混合发酵的第7天出现乳酸菌的最大数量,同时添加5种乳酸菌可以显著提高总菌含量,混合发酵中每种菌的数量与单次发酵时的数量接近,说明这5种乳酸菌在发酵过程中可以协同作用,有助于提高秸秆发酵饲料的质量。
