摘要

采用超声辅助激光熔覆技术在钛合金基体上制备了Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷涂层。通过实验研究了超声对涂层组织和力学性能的影响。本文提出了一种超声辅助激光熔覆的新方法。该方法将超声波直接作用于熔池的微区。实验结果表明,超声辅助下涂层的晶粒尺寸和力学性能得到改善。在激光熔覆过程中应用超声振动可以减少涂层的裂纹数量。
