摘要

本文着重介绍澳门老年痴呆症患者面临的挑战和前景。澳门痴呆症政策于2016年启动，是全球第27项政策，与世界卫生组织《2017-2025年公共卫生应对痴呆症全球行动计划》相一致，其中包括在整个地区建立痴呆症友好社区的10年战略框架。随后成立了痴呆症工作组、健康中心认知评估网络、痴呆症医疗中心和痴呆症支持中心。这些举措表明，澳门政府通过无缝的痴呆症服务网络，在改善等待时间、诊断率、综合护理和痴呆症友好性方面取得了长足进步。
