The research used the quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this research is 127 counselors of the senior high school in Bandung. The Instrument was the development of Permendiknas No. 27 Tahun 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies with ten aspects related to pedagogic and professional competencies. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the profile of counselors is in the competent category but in several aspects need some developed. 摘要

万隆市高中辅导员的教学与专业能力概况。本研究旨在了解万隆市辅导教师(辅导员)的教学及专业能力。本研究采用定量方法和调查方法。本研究以万隆市某高中127名辅导员为研究对象。该文书是2008年Tahun关于学术资格标准和辅导员能力的Permendiknas第27号文件的发展,涉及教学和专业能力的十个方面。本研究的数据分析技术为描述性分析技术。研究结果表明,心理咨询师的形象处于胜任范畴,但在几个方面还有待进一步发展。研究结果可作为辅导员了解辅导员胜任力的需求评估,为辅导员提供有效、高效的指导和咨询服务提供依据。
