The design of this study used an experimental method with a pre-test – post test. Students' exam anxiety was measured by the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ) Scale. The subject of this research involved 50 students of class XII junior high pandemic. 摘要

本研究旨在测试采用压力接种训练技术的团体咨询的有效性,以减少使用有目的抽样技术选择的学生学校作为研究对象。研究结果表明,采用压力接种训练技术的团体辅导能有效降低学生在新冠肺炎大流行时期面对考试的焦虑。本研究的设计采用了测试前-测试后的实验方法。采用成就情感问卷(AEQ)量表对学生的考试焦虑进行测量。这项研究的对象是初中十二班的50名学生。这项研究的结果证明了在新冠肺炎大流行时期,采用压力接种技术的团体咨询服务在减少学生面对考试时的学业焦虑方面的有效性。
