Such acquisitions can be justified if they are effectively utilized for what they are intended for. A quantitative research approach was employed in the study to investigate the use of online research support platforms among undergraduate students at a university in Ghana. The results suggest that, even though there are online library research support platforms available for use, they are underutilized by undergraduates.
