摘要

本文结合宾河高速公路的实际施工条件,通过严格控制原材料质量,科学优化配合比设计,用人造砂配制优质的C50混凝土0,通过调整粉煤灰替代量、水灰比、聚羧酸型减水剂掺量、砂比等因素来优化混凝土配合比,从而获得符合工程要求的C50配合比。结果表明,水灰比对混凝土强度影响较大,当粘结材料中粉煤灰掺量较高时,混凝土早期抗压强度提高较慢。
