Xanthan biosynthesis by different Xanthomonas isolates on two different cultivation media was carried out in Erlenmeyer flasks under aerobic conditions for 168 h. According to the obtained results selection of the carbon source, producing strain and their combination have a statistically significant effect on xanthan quantity and quality. 摘要

本研究筛选了从十字花科植物和辣椒叶片中分离的不同黄单胞菌菌株,在含不同碳源的半合成培养基上进行了黄原胶的生物合成。根据培养基中黄原胶的浓度和分子量来评价生物合成黄原胶的成功与否。葡萄糖和甘油以20.0 g/L的量作为碳源。在Erlenmeyer烧瓶中,在好氧条件下,用不同的黄单胞菌菌株在两种不同培养基上进行黄原胶的生物合成168 h。结果表明,碳源的选择、生产菌株的选择及其组合对黄原胶的数量和质量有显著的影响。本研究结果表明,从辣椒叶片中分离得到的本地野生型黄单胞菌在甘油基培养基上生物技术生产优质黄原胶方面具有很大的应用潜力。
