The form was adapted based on the guidelines by Beaton et al. (2000). Pre-testing was done on 40 adolescents by online interviewing. PG-13 Indonesian Version and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS) were then reconstructed into an online questionnaire for basic validation purposes. It was completed by 131 adolescents.
