本文建议从社会法律角度分析安乐死，理解如果哥伦比亚有解决这一做法的法律和医疗框架，证据表明，各种文化、体制、政治和社会因素渗透到应用中，造成一个真正的法律问题，在个人自由与社会法治之间的关系中具有严重的内涵。为了进行这一分析，对法律、理论、医学、科学和新闻方面的因素进行了联合解释，这将有助于批判性地理解获得安乐死的途径和作为法律主体的病人的身体现实。
