This research used a mixed design approach with a survey as its main method. The participants of this study were lecturers and students of the PKn UPI Study Program using online learning in an online learning system (SPADA UPI) and Integrated Online Learning System (SPOT UPI) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The results show that online learning can improve the quality of Civics learning if technology can be integrated into the Civics learning curriculum, lectures who can use digital media and digital literacy, and teaching materials that can develop 21st-century civic competencies to prepare young citizens in facing the era of disruption. 摘要

技术发展对各个领域都有影响,尤其是在教育领域,21世纪的学习要求讲座和学习者在有效利用数字媒体方面具有创造性和创新性,通过使用正确的方法,数字时代的学习过程将以最佳方式进行,通过学习目标提高学习质量。本研究采用了以调查为主要方法的混合设计方法。这项研究的参与者是PKn UPI研究项目的讲师和学生,该项目使用在线学习系统中的在线学习(SPADA UPI)和印度尼西亚彭迪迪迪坎大学的综合在线学习系统(SPOT UPI)。结果表明,如果技术能够融入公民学习课程、能够使用数字媒体和数字素养的讲座以及能够培养21世纪公民能力的教材,为年轻公民应对混乱时代做好准备,那么在线学习可以提高公民学习的质量。作为年轻公民的学生可以被引导掌握数字公民技能,以便他们能够成为在数字时代具有民主、明智和负责任能力的公民。
