As a visual expression of modernity, one of its concerns is not only to entertain the general public, but also to be an instrument of awareness and manifestation of the problems of the society in which it is born. Throughout this text, and based on the analysis of the work Emporium (2017), we want to show how loneliness, suicide and uprooting become visible through narratives that reveal the most intimate concerns of human beings, born on this occasion from the personal tragedy suffered by the author.
