Drawing on Organisational Support Theory (OST) this study examines the mediating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between training and employee performance. Based on data from a 125 employee-supervisor dayads our findings shows the the mediating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between training and employee performance.
