The statistical population included 42 nurses working in the departments of cardiac surgery, operating room, and heart ICU of Afshar Hospital in Yazd in 2019, who were randomly assigned to two tests and control groups. Data were collected using demographic and the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) questionnaires.
