Systematic reviews are evidence syntheses that require comprehensive, reproducible search strategies. Many of the available training programs and materials focus on systematic reviews in the health sciences, not education or the social sciences. Therefore, librarians at Texas A&M University Libraries developed and implemented a training model designed specifically for education librarians. The model consists of three components: shadowing, community of practice, and research projects.
