Nevertheless, comprehensive knowledge of the experimental and clinical approaches that impact public health is still needed. The study of the interconnection of the biological components that lead to the development of neurodegenerative diseases should focus on a translational approach that aids in understanding the interindividual differences in terms of the epigenetic characteristics of aging.
