The results obtained that the variables of leadership, work ability on work motivation, and work motivation support employee performance. 摘要

人力资源在组织活动中具有重要作用,调动和协同其他资源以实现组织目标。员工和领导一起决定工作目标、成就标准,这些标准必须支持和评估成就的结果。对领导力、工作技能、工作动机、绩效的研究对评估很重要。本研究旨在了解领导能力、工作能力对绩效、南苏门答腊省教育厅工作动机的中介作用。研究样本为255人,抽样技术采用有目的抽样。采用观察法和问卷调查法收集数据,采用结构方程模型进行分析。研究结果表明,领导能力、工作能力对工作动机的影响、工作动机对员工绩效的影响是显著的。除了领导力变量,工作能力也会影响员工绩效。
