The method used in this research was descriptive. Based on the analysis of the study of Totto Chan's novel: The Litle Girl At The Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, it can be concluded that the educational method applied by Sosaku Kobayashi at Tomoe Gakuen school was a method of humanistic education including ways to create authentic personality such as (1) strengthen students' confidence in giving meaning to life  (2) paving the way for self-development, based on freedom and responsibility, (3) guiding learners to find life with self-motivation and desire to become more, (4) developing a worldview in a way original and expression in accordance with the students themselves. 摘要

(理解小林佐子在小说《东藤陈:窗边的小女孩》中的教育方法)本研究旨在描述小林佐助在东藤陈的小说《窗边的Litle Girl》中在富江学园学校所采用的幽默教育方法。本研究中使用的方法是描述性的。本文通过对陈东藤小说《窗前的Litle Girl》的研究,可以得出结论,小林宗久在富江学园学校采用的教育方法是一种人文教育方法,包括创造真实人格的方法,如(1)增强学生赋予生命意义的信心(2)为基于自由和责任的自我发展铺平道路,(3)引导学习者找到自我激励的生活,并渴望变得更多;(4)以符合学生自身的独创性和表达方式发展世界观。这四件事可以通过课堂内的学习活动、课堂外的学习活动和校规以及教育者在学习中的作用来看待。
