背景：本研究旨在评价普拉克索联合神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病和普拉克索单药治疗的疗效，为临床实践提供参考。方法：将2019年6月至2020年12月在我院就诊的61例帕金森病患者分为两组。对照组（n=31）给予多巴西嗪口服治疗，治疗组（n=30）给予神经节苷脂联合普拉克索。本研究测量了临床疗效、不良反应、运动功能评分、UPDRS评分、PDQ-39量表评分、TNF-a水平和相关血清因子水平。
