小儿SARS-CoV-2病毒感染(COVID-19病)的临床病程以轻度为主。然而，在一小部分儿科患者中，COVID-19可能导致儿童炎症多系统综合征(PIMS)的发展，表现为高烧、胃肠道症状、神经症状，甚至多器官功能障碍。这三个病例是捷克共和国首次发表的患有PIMS的危重儿科患者报告。
