Only sarcopenia (Lower limb) was associated with increased time in sedentary behaviour as well as reduced number of steps taken in a week.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Accelerometer data can be used in an older day hospital population to track physical activity levels and sedentary behaviours.
