For meta-analysis, the presenting individual's data were considered to study the different parameters association with mortality.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The rate of mean mortality in COVID-19 positive fracture patients was 34%, and 91.7% of patients had hip fractures. Older age and hip fractures had a significant association with higher mortality rates in COVID-19 positive fracture patients.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The mortality rates are considerably higher in COVID-19 positive patients with fractures compared to COVID-19 positive patients without fractures and to the COVID-19 negative fracture patients. Early surgical intervention should be preferred in hip fractures among COVID-19 positive patients for general stabilization and improved respiratory function. 摘要

目的:根据现有文献资料,分析骨折合并COVID-19感染患者死亡率的相关因素。方法:通过PubMed、EMBASE、Google Scholar三大数据库检索“骨折”、“COVID或COVID”等关键词。选择标准均为已发表的报告,提供COVID-19阳性骨折患者的死亡率相关信息。纳入已发表的包含COVID-19阳性骨折患者死亡率数据的论文进行定性评价。在荟萃分析中,我们考虑了患者的数据来研究与死亡率相关的不同参数。结果:COVID-19阳性骨折患者的平均死亡率为34%,91.7%的患者发生髋部骨折。在COVID-19阳性骨折患者中,年龄较大和髋部骨折与较高的死亡率有显著关联。结论:COVID-19阳性骨折患者的死亡率明显高于未骨折的COVID-19阳性患者和COVID-19阴性骨折患者。COVID-19阳性患者髋部骨折应首选早期手术干预,以总体稳定和改善呼吸功能。高龄和髋部骨折是这些患者死亡的主要预测因素。
