摘要

目的:探讨血小板微粒(pmp)处理内皮祖细胞(EPCs)在子痫前期的作用。方法:对经/不经pmp处理的EPCs进行标记并注射PE大鼠。测定各组EPCs分化、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)、血压和蛋白尿的变化。各PE组血压和蛋白尿升高,EPCs改善,pmp增强。内皮祖细胞移植可促进胎盘血管生成。一氧化氮变化趋势与血压变化趋势一致。结论:pmp治疗EPCs移植能有效改善血压和蛋白尿。
