For mixed infection with some other bacteria, it cannot be accurately detected due to masking by other bacteria. For these reasons, the detection of MDRP infection is delayed. Furthermore, the infection control of MDRA must require the determination of the quarantine period, release criteria, and a clean environment, without sufficient levels of evidence.
