The mRNAs patterns of genes mentioned above were shown to decrease or approach to control values as well as the level of lipid peroxidation products under the treatment of hypoacidic rats with the multiprobiotic. 研究了长期胃酸过低(低氯酸)和多种益生菌校正后大鼠十二指肠Tlr2、Muc2、Defa基因的表达。胃酸过低导致大鼠十二指肠绒毛和隐窝上皮细胞脂质过氧化增强,Tlr2、Muc2、Defa表达增加。上述基因的mrna模式显示,在低酸性大鼠使用复合益生菌治疗下,脂质过氧化产物水平和脂质过氧化产物水平降低或接近控制值。所获得的数据可能表明,Tlr2、Muc2、Defa基因参与了在长时间低氯血症条件下由于生态失调而引起的十二指肠炎症的发展。
