摘要

目的:探讨星状神经节氙气光疗治疗耳鸣的方法,并分析其治疗耳鸣的效果。方法:对慢性耳鸣患者行XPSG检查。采用耳鸣障碍量表(THI)和数字评定量表(NRS)对症状进行主观评定。分析XPSG组(n = 43)和假治疗(非XPSG)组(n = 18) THI和NRS评分。结果:XPSG治疗3个月后THI和NRS评分明显改善。重度THI或NRS评分较高的患者改善更大。非xpsg组假治疗前后无显著差异。结论:XPSG可显著提高THI和NRS评分,患者满意度高。
