摘要

糖尿病的发病率在世界范围内呈上升趋势。由于胰岛素分泌/作用缺陷导致的高血糖不受控制的状态可导致各种并发症,包括周围血管疾病、肾病、神经病变、视网膜病变、发病率和/或死亡率。大量证据表明活性氧/氧化应激在糖尿病并发症的发生和发展中起着重要作用。本文就2型糖尿病氧化应激生物标志物的研究进展作一综述。
