摘要

目的:探讨术前心理干预对缓解急诊眼外伤患者负性情绪的作用。方法:采用方便抽样的方法，选取100例急诊眼外伤手术患者，随机分为对照组(n = 49)和实验组(n = 51)。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予个性化心理干预，包括心理支持、放松训练、人文关怀等。对两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、恐惧视觉模拟量表(FVAS)得分进行统计学比较。结果:实验组SAS、SDS、FAVS评分均显著低于对照组(P < 0.001)。结论:综合心理干预能有效消除急诊眼外伤手术患者的负面情绪，促进患者身心恢复。
