Subsequently, small gallstones in common bile duct were detected and removed by the endoscopic sphincterotomy.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>It is hypothesized that choledocholithiasis could theoretically increase a risk of developing agomelatine-induced hepatotoxicity in this patient. 摘要
