摘要

目的:探讨柔性支气管镜在肺移植术后治疗中的应用。方法:4例男性终末期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者行单侧肺移植术后支气管镜检查，观察气道并发症的处理。1例患者术后2个月气管吻合口狭窄，行球囊扩张及支气管内金属支架置入术。结果:4例患者术后恢复良好，肺功能和生活质量均有明显改善。结论:柔性支气管镜为肺移植术后治疗提供了一种有价值的手段。
