目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在子痫前期(PE)妇女中的含量。方法:采用ELISA法对305例孕妇进行Hcy浓度检测。结果:妊娠10 ~ 14周时，PE组Hcy浓度为16.07 umol/L，正常妊娠组为7.19 umol/L (p = 9.55 umol/L，曲线下面积为0.859，敏感性为91.67%，特异性为72.24%。结论:评估血清Hcy浓度可作为PE的预测指标，在妊娠前三个月具有最高的诊断效用。
