摘要

目的:探讨铸造桩核瓷与金属冠融合修复磨牙残根残冠的效果。方法:对164例磨牙残根残冠进行根管治疗，采用铸核瓷与金属冠熔接修复。分别于第3、6、12、24个月评价修复效果。结果:修复体固位强度、边缘适应度、冠强度均令人满意。随访2年，有效率达95.12%。结论:铸造桩核瓷与金属冠融合是治疗磨牙残根残冠较好的方法。
