Glandular-type inverted papilloma of the prostatic urethra.
A case of inverted papilloma of glandular type in the prostatic urethra of a 65 year-old man is reported. The case was asymptomatic and incidentally discovered on histopathologic study of transurethral resection (TUR) specimens from benign prostatic hyperplasia.
