Analyses of mice harboring the MoPrP.Xho construct with cDNA genes encoding the amyloid precursor protein (APP) and human presenilin 1 demonstrated that this vector provides relatively high levels of transgene-encoded polypeptides in brains and hearts of transgenic mice.
