Although leukaemic infiltration of hematopoietic organs is common, the involvement of non-hematopoietic abdominal organs remains rare. The authors report a series of six cases, where intra-abdominal localization of acute lymphoblastic or myeloblastic leukaemia was detected at diagnosis or relapse.
