对9例性腺发育不良(核型45/XO)患者,应用促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)刺激垂体促甲状腺细胞,观察促甲状腺细胞的反应性。在序贯治疗形式的激素替代(美雌醇/美雌醇-醋酸氯麦地酮)和治疗结束后重复调查。用RIA法测定TSH,用蛋白结合法测定甲状腺素结合球蛋白结合能力(TBC-index)。计算游离甲状腺素指数(ft4)。结果表明,性腺发育不良患者的下丘脑-垂体单元的反应方式与正常女性受试者相似。
