[The drawings of Augustin Wilhelm. The psychopathological aspects and cultural and historical comparisons].

This is a presentation of drawings of encephalopods by a schizophrenic patient of ours, Augustin Wilhelm. They will be compared with works of other patients as well as with encephalopod figures known from the history of art and culture. This comparison should enable a better understanding of the subject known in schizophrenic painting as the 'regressive phenomenon', which until today has been insufficiently grasped.
