Pre- and post-treatment assessments were performed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref instruments. Satisfaction with the intervention was assessed. Descriptive and bivariate analyses were performed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The final mean of the evaluated scores were 5.66±2.80 in insomnia, 68.45±19.17 in the perception of quality of life, 60.11±20.70 in satisfaction with health, 66.49±13.26 in the physical domain and 54.36±10.20 in the psychological domain.
