[Possibilities and expressions of care in posthumous texts of young people with cancer: legacy and "destinerrance" in writing].

In order to understand the possibilities and expressions of care, posthumous texts produced by five young people with cancer (aged between 13 and 27) were approached as writing in "destinerrance" (Jacques Derrida), the meaning of which is random and beyond the comprehension of the writer. This qualitative research in health is close to the Philosophy of Difference, supported by Derrida, which proposes an adventurous escape from the logical philosophical discourse and invites us to experiment with new possibilities of meanings, since no meaning is definitive. The data sources were physical diaries, letters and publications in virtual media (blogs/fanpage and facebook). For the analysis, a certain amount of creative freedom was used to follow the paths/meanderings of the texts, following the unclear moments of reading, translation and initial interpretation of the text, distancing, critical reading and appropriation without legitimacy, but recreation. Through the writing, questions arising from the experience about the relevance of sensitive and personalized care were made visible. Thus, the writings of young people with random thoughts can be read as a means to take care of themselves and the collective, constituting an adventurous legacy, whose possibilities of new meanings cannot be contained in a single way.
