在18 - 39岁(OR= 3,98 - 95%CI 1,65;9,57)和40 - 59岁(OR= 3,62 - 95%CI 1,53-8,57)的“quilombola”男性中,酒精使用障碍的可能性更大,他们在卫生服务中遭受歧视(OR=3,38 - 95%CI 1,00-11,71)和自我报告抑郁(OR=2,79 - 95%CI 1,24-6,27)。重叠的脆弱性揭示了满足这些需求的卫生干预措施以及与当地文化对话的重要性。培训课程必须纳入关于传统社区健康的讨论,卫生政策和方案必须进入农村空间,以便能够公平地实施。

[Alcoholism in men living in quilombola communities in North of Minas Gerais, Brazil].

The objective of this article is to estimate the prevalence and factors associated with alcohol use disorder in men living in rural quilombola communities located in the north of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is a cross-sectional study carried out in 2019 based on structured interviews and application of the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test (AUDIT). Binary logistic regression was conducted. It was found that 21,3% of respondents had risky consumption, harmful use and probable alcohol dependence. There was a greater chance of alcohol use disorder among quilombola men aged between 18 and 39 years old (OR= 3,98 - 95%CI 1,65;9,57) and 40 to 59 years old (OR= 3,62 - 95%CI 1,53-8,57), who suffered discrimination in health services (OR=3,38 - 95%CI 1,00-11,71) and self-reported depression (OR=2,79 - 95%CI 1,24-6,27). The overlapping vulnerabilities reveal the importance of health interventions that meet these demands and that dialogue with the local culture. It is necessary that training curricula incorporate discussions about the health of traditional communities and that health policies and programs enter rural spaces so that they can be implemented with equity.
