Generalized Brown Papules.

Eruptive syringomas are a rare benign adnexal tumor variant of syringoma with widespread distribution that often mimics other dermatoses. The case image highlights the importance of histopathology in diagnosing eruptive syringoma. Thus, awareness of this condition is essential not only for accurate diagnosis but also for the appropriate treatment.
