The samples were centrifuged and stained with tryptan blue, loading it onto Neubauer's chamber, and the percentage of viable cells from the total number of cells was calculated.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Teeth stored in HTK solution demonstrated significantly 58% of total viable cells.
