The time in range was measured in all patients using continuous glucose monitoring. Differential analyses were performed to compare the differences in clinical information between groups. Linear regression and logistic regression techniques were employed to construct a novel predictive model that encompassed the triglyceride glucose index, with the aim of assessing time in range attainment. The predictive value of the new model was then assessed using receiver operator characteristic curves.ResultsLinear and logistic regression analyses showed a significant negative correlation between the triglyceride glucose index and time in range, identifying the triglyceride glucose index as an independent risk factor for time in range attainment. Furthermore, restricted cubic spline plots indicated a nonlinear correlation between the triglyceride glucose index and time in range.
