Synthesis, Spectroscopic Characterization, and Cytotoxic Evaluation of Novel N-(3-Cyano-4,5,6,7Tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-(4-phenyl-5-(arylphenyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetamide Derivatives as Potential Anticancer Agents
A series of novel N-(3-cyano-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-(4-phenyl-5-(arylphenyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetamide derivatives were synthesized, characterized, and evaluated for their cytotoxic potential. These findings indicate that 6b holds strong potential as an anticancer agent, while further optimization may enhance the efficacy of other derivatives.
期刊介绍:
Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry (Zhurnal prikladnoi khimii) was founded in 1928. It covers all application problems of modern chemistry, including the structure of inorganic and organic compounds, kinetics and mechanisms of chemical reactions, problems of chemical processes and apparatus, borderline problems of chemistry, and applied research.
